Service Division

provides servicing of concrete plants, sand pits, mixing plants and quarries throughout the Czech Republic. Service is provided by service vehicles with trained crew. We provide repairs and supplies of spare parts for stable and mobile concrete plants. In our service activities, we focus on day-to-day maintenance as well as general overhauls of equipment, including assembly of technological units, which we carry out both in our workshop and our customers throughout the Czech Republic and throughout Europe.

We repair aggregate reservoirs, replacement and refurbishment of partition walls, repair of cement feeders, rapase of belt conveyors and skip and elevators. We also repair chutes at belt conveyors from counter-sheet metal.
We supply spare parts for concrete mixers type BHS, TEKA, ELBA, STASIS, RTM and many others. Spare parts for mixing cores for mixing buckets and shoulders are supplied from high-quality anti-wear cast iron.
Recycling facilities are also part of the concrete plants where we perform either routine maintenance work, including repairs to sludge pumps and discharge hoses, or perform a complete repair of the recycling facility. We repair drum or screw recycling equipment.
To expand the capacity of the cement tanks, we will supply a new cement silo with a capacity according to the customer’s wishes, the silos are equipped with all safety elements and dust filters. For dust-free operation we provide ventilation of the mixing core and cement scales.
For aggregate reservoirs, we supply segment size closures according to the capacity of the mixer and the capacity of the reservoirs. Segment closures are also available in galvanized version, air piston rod and electric valve according to the mixer type.
We will supply and commission a fully equipped additory for dosing chemicals into concrete fitted with precision, high-quality pumps, tanks for additives according to customer’s requirements with catching trays.
We will supply spare parts for mixer repairs in the shortest possible time.
We do all these work with emphasis on quality, safety and minimize downtime.
